Zámecká sýpka
One of the most beautiful places of South Moravia is the part of the Moravian Karst, which is situated 30km away from the Moravian capital. The Zámecká sýpka Blansko is situated right in the middle of this area, in the castle park of the city of Blansko.
The area of the Moravian Karst is considered to be a paradise with many natural, historical and technical treasures. It belongs to the most important karst areas in the whole middle Europe. At the area there are known more than 1100 caves, from which only 5 are opened for public. “Punkva cave” with the possibility of cruise on underground river Punkva and with tour on the bottom of Macocha abyss; “Kateřinská cave” which is know for unique pole stalagmites, “Balcarka cave” with its rich colored dripstone decorations and “Sloupsko-šošůvské caves” created by mighty halls and underground abysses.
Zámecká sýpka is an unusal building above the castle park of the city, right in the middle of the Moravian Karst – paradise with many natural, historical and technical treasures. With its building and position the Zámecká sýpka creates a lovely balance to the castle itself.
The cellar of Sýpka was converted into a beerary with a wide offer of beer specialities, on the ground floor there is restaurant with a view to the castle park. On the next floor there is a lounge, which offers space for celebrations and for social events. The third and fourth floor offer a modern and stylish accommodation in comfortably furnished rooms.
The picturesque surroundings of the castle park and a close access to the city center are ideal for family holiday, romantic getaways, group tours and also for company and social events.
